Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligible Returns


At Amorelle, we accept returns and exchanges only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect products received 

To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Return the item in original condition and packaging

  • Include all accessories, tags, and gift boxes 

2. How to Initiate a Return


To start a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at: support@amorelle.in

  2. Include:

    • Your Order Number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the issue

    • Preferred resolution (Refund / Exchange / Store Credit)

Our support team will reply within 24–48 hours with instructions. 

3. Return & Refund Process


Once we receive your returned item and verify the issue:

Approved Return

  • Refund: The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

  • Exchange: We will dispatch a replacement once the returned item is received

Refund Amount

  • Only the product value will be refunded

  • Shipping charges are not refundable

4. Items NOT Eligible for Return


The following products cannot be returned due to hygiene or custom reasons:

  • Earrings (pierced / non-pierced)
  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Items worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Gifts and promotional merchandise

5. Shipping for Returns


  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.

7. Refund Timeline


After approval:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refund time may vary based on your bank or payment provider

8. Cancellation Policy


  • Order cancellations are accepted only before shipping

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please follow the return process
