1. Eligible Returns
At Amorelle, we accept returns and exchanges only for the following reasons:
- Damaged products
- Defective items
- Incorrect products received
To be eligible for a return, you must:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
Return the item in original condition and packaging
Include all accessories, tags, and gift boxes
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange:

Preferred resolution (Refund / Exchange / Store Credit)
Our support team will reply within 24–48 hours with instructions.
3. Return & Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and verify the issue:
Approved Return
Refund: The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Exchange: We will dispatch a replacement once the returned item is received
Refund Amount
Only the product value will be refunded
Shipping charges are not refundable
4. Items NOT Eligible for Return
The following products cannot be returned due to hygiene or custom reasons:
- Earrings (pierced / non-pierced)
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Items worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Gifts and promotional merchandise
5. Shipping for Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
7. Refund Timeline
After approval:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
Refund time may vary based on your bank or payment provider
8. Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations are accepted only before shipping
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please follow the return process
