Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time


  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sale periods or special promotions, processing time may take slightly longer(1 or  2 days). 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time


We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)

Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier partner's performance.

International Shipping

  • International delivery may take 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs procedures.

  • International shipments are subject to local customs clearance, which can cause delays.

3. Shipping Charges


  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

  • Free Shipping Promotion: Amorelle may offer free shipping on selected orders, products, or during specific promotional periods. Free shipping eligibility will be shown at checkout when applicable.

4. Order Tracking


  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing:

    • Tracking number

    • Courier partner

    • Estimated delivery time

  • You can track your order online using the provided tracking details.

5. Delivery Issues


If your order is delayed or undelivered:

  • Please allow an extra 1–2 business days for delayed courier pickup or delivery.

  • If the delivery is exceptionally delayed, contact us at support@amorelle.in or your registered phone number.

6. Incorrect Shipping Details


It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct shipping information:

  • Name

  • Address

  • PIN/ZIP code

  • Contact number

Amorelle will not be responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments


In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@amorelle.in with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

We will try to support as much as possible from our side based on each case..

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)


  • International customers may be liable to pay import duties, customs fees, or local taxes.

  • These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
